Large guest house with separate carport/entrance gate. Spacious 650Sq. foot-- three rooms with plenty of space for four.----(bedroom has queen bed , living room has day bed ). Has kitchen / eating area ,with full sized refrigerator with freezer and water/ice in door and reverse osmosis water system, microwave, coffee make , relectric skillet and toaster (no stove ) but BBQ outside at pool allows cooking of just about every thing you'll want to fix. .fire stick T V & wi-fi . Pool 13'x33' ---- 3 to 9 ft deep with water fall will provide play time and relaxation and the patio set under the rear of the house provides a shaded eating area & view of lake. There is also a gated parking area for boats , and RV units next to this guest house. (electric 30 amp, hook up & water ) contact me if you are desiring use of the storage/boat area , for approval prior to booking
