Enjoy a round of golf at Indian Palms or one of the many nearby championship courses, stop for lunch at the clubhouse restaurant & bar, head back to Sundance to refresh in the private pool with fairway & mountain views, and listen to sounds of the bubbling patio fountain and chattering ducks from the neighboring pond before preparing your backyard barbeque.

✦ MAIN LIVING ROOM has an open floor plan with a new 70” HD Smart flat screen TV viewable from the backyard patio. The room has a gas fireplace to keep you warm in the crisp evenings and is open to the kitchen and two dining areas. All new, quality furnishings.
✦ LARGE KITCHEN has an expansive working island with 4 bar stools, a dinette with 2 wicker chairs, newer stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked with all cooking and dining essentials and then some.
✦ DINING ROOM seats 8 very comfortably (can seat up to 10) with live edge wood table and chairs, the kitchen dinette facing the patio and golf course seats 2, and the dining area coffee & wine bar has pull out bar seats for 2. All new.
✦ BREW & BARREL BAR is stocked with the beverage essentials (Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, French press, coffee k-cups & loose coffee, tea, condiments, mugs, wine/beer/martini/shot glasses, bottle openers). Plastic wine, beer, champagne, and water glasses as well as and paper coffee cups are provided for outdoor use (glass and ceramic is not permitted by the pool). All new.
✦ BEDROOM 1 is the primary ensuite w/King bed, double sink vanity, separate shower & tub, water closet, 55" HD Smart Fire TV, large dresser, large wardrobe storage, and glass sliding door that opens to the pool, patio, fountain, and views of the course, pond, and mountains. All new.
✦ BEDROOM 2 is an ensuite w/Queen bed, full size closet, a dresser, and full bath w/shower/tub shared with guests in Bedroom 3 & Den/Bdrm 4. All new furniture & linens.
✦ BEDROOM 3 has a Queen/Twin bunk bed w/Twin trundle bed (sleeps 4 total). A 43" HD Smart Fire TV and bean bag assure a good time for kids (or adults!). This room also has a new, adjustable-height two level desk & bedroom armoire. All new furniture & linens.
✦ DEN (aka Bedroom 4) has a Queen sofa bed and shares a jack & jill bathroom with Bdrm 2. It opens with wide French doors--the Den along w/bdrm 2 & bathroom can be closed off completely to create a mini-suite/separate family quarters. The den has a bamboo wardrobe and new 55" HD Smart Fire TV for casual sports games on the TV or cozy popcorn movie nights. All new furniture & linens. The Den itself is semi-private.

✦ 2 ½ BATHROOMS total with ½ bath located central to the house.
✦ ADDITIONAL WORK STATION is located in the living room. A folding portable desk is also available for a flex work area. (A total of 3 work stations/desks are available..)

✦ GARAGE has room for one guest vehicle. Parking for 2 more vehicles is available on the driveway. Community rules do not allow for overnight parking on the street (some holidays & event dates excepted).
✦ GAMES & ENTERTAINMENT include cards, poker chips, board games, books, and a plethora of DVDs of all genres. The DVD player is located in the Den/Bdrm 4.
✦ DOGS ARE WELCOME at The Sundance Inn! Comfort supplies are provided for pets/support animals while they are guests at Sundance. Rules regarding pets/support animals are noted in the Notes/House Rules section below.

✦ NEW POOL! Family & Friend Sized 10'x26' Saltwater. Boasts a baja ledge w/chairs & umbrellas. 3 community hot tubs/spas & pools are also available (one is walking dist). Optional pool heating is available and payable 48 hrs before arrival. Fee is usually $50 per day (min 2 consecutive days) but can vary based on gas price fluctuations and ambient temperature. Please inquire when booking or as your stay approaches. The pool is cleaned 2x a week, and a robotic cleaner is available for those unexpected windy days.

The pool is heated to 85 degrees on request for a fee per day payable before upon making your reservation stay (min 2 days heating).
Doors to the backyard/pool are equipped with pool alarms (batteries provided). *Not engaging the pool alarms is at the risk of the guest on record. The Sundance Inn does not assume any liability due to non-use of the of pool alarms.*
Dogs/support animals are not to be left unattended inside or in the backyard of The Sundance Inn (a guest must be present w/animal or a guest must bring a crate for the animal). Animals are not allowed in the pool or on furniture. Please use the pet bedding provided or your animal's own bedding. Please take your animals outside to relieve themselves in the grassy areas or pebble beds and pick up after them with the bags provided (and dispose of in the trash can on the side of house). 2 dogs max up to 45 lbs each. The non-refundable per pet fee is to be paid in advance of stay.
Pool Cleaner comes on Mondays & Thursdays (he is stealthy 😊). Guest maximum per city permit is 10 people.
Min. age requirement to rent is 25 yrs. No parties, events, commercial filming or other enterprise is allowed on the premises without host approval upon reservation.
Smoking and vaping are only allowed *outside*. Ash trays provided.
Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am (noise carries on Golf Course). The HOA and City of Indio will respond to reports of noise violations. Guests are subject to removal from property and relinquishing of rent a& fees if rules are abused.
Please enjoy all the amenities of The Sundance Inn! But, please respect the property & neighbors. Violation of The Sundance Inn guest rules is grounds for immediate removal and/or forfeit of rent, fees, & deposits.
Ring security cameras are on the sides & front of house & in garage (no cameras on back patio/pool).
A digital Welcome Guide will be sent to you upon booking. A paper Guest Manual is on-site.
You may enter and exit Indian Palms at any of the four gates located on Monroe Ave, Ave 50, Jackson St, or Ave 48. Your license plate registration is required prior to arrival in order to enter through the automated gates.
Easy departure instructions:
~ Gather all personal belongings including phone chargers
~ Turn off all lights (keep ceiling fans on)
~ Close all windows and lock all doors
~ Ensure garage door is closed
~ Empty kitchen trash to outside bins
Reminder: Overnight street parking (1am-6am) is not permitted by the HOA. Vehicle owner may receive a citation to be paid by registered vehicle owner. Lock all doors.
