This beautifully decorated 1798 sq ft home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a bonus room for multiple families to enjoy. Bathrooms and kitchen has granite countertops, dining room, countertop seating with stools, & a Keurig for your morning coffee. The living room is spacious with plenty of seating, a HD Smart TV, Wifi, and games for entertaining. The master bedroom has hardwood flooring, a king size bed, a walk in closet, dresser, 2 end tables, a storage chest, a HD Smart TV, & a private bathroom with a walk in shower. The 2 guest bedrooms both have queen size beds, end tables, and dressers. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The den has a TV, couch, a queen size bed, & a double/twin bunk bed with ceiling fans throughout the house. The front of the house has a covered patio with seating to view the beautiful lake.
Access to the entire living house space, front & back yard and there's plenty of driveway space. Unfortunately, no access to the garage for short term travelers, however everywhere else is accessible for reservation bookers & their guests.
Winter Visitors, please feel free to contact me regarding multi-monthly discounts and perks. Long-term winter rentals during Nov. 1 to April 30 with Long-Term rental agreement/contract - Minimum of 4 months and includes access to washer and dryer. $1,500 for Four (4) Month Rental Agreement, $1,400 for Five (5) Month Rental Agreement, & $1,300 for Six (6) Month Rental Agreement.
