Summary: Why 5 star... Plentiful breakfast, helpful and pleasant staff, location, spacious room and a wonderful Club lounge. Each staff member who I spoke with (from the front desk, breakfast staff and to the Club lounge staff) were all friendly and keen to stop and talk. The location is great (near to Zoo, S & U and bus Bahn stops (there is a direct S Bahn train from BER airport to Zoo (then a short 5 minute walk to the hotel).
