We are Located on a private cul-de-sac at the Ocean Point side of Fripp Island. We are within walking distance of the Ocean Point Golf Course & Ocean Point Grille and the lovely Ocean Point Pool, which has a baby pool!! And a view of the Ocean. It is heavenly. Great for parents and grandparents with the little children.
Upon entering you'll be greeted by stunning views of the 1st, 2nd, 8th, and 9th fairways, framed by tranquil water features that add to the allure of this picturesque setting. An open-concept layout with a spacious living room, kitchen and dining area. Windows galore flood the space with natural light and provide uninterrupted views of the surrounding landscape, creating a serene ambiance that invites relaxation and rejuvenation.
The well-appointed kitchen is a chef's delight, equipped with modern appliances, ample counter space, and wonderful views. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area offers the perfect setting for memorable meals with family and friends, with panoramic views serving as the perfect backdrop.
Venture outside to the expansive deck, where you'll find yourself immersed in the beauty of your surroundings. Overlooking the golf course and lagoon, this outdoor oasis is a peaceful retreat where you can savor your morning coffee, dine alfresco under the stars, or simply unwind with a good book while enjoying the gentle breeze and soothing sounds of nature.
The first-floor living area also features the "Nautical" bedroom with two queen beds and private bathroom with double sinks and a shower! A convenient half bath is also located on the 1st floor for your guests.
The second floor includes the luxurious master suite, where panoramic views of the golf course and lagoon create a serene backdrop for relaxation. Featuring a king bed and a daybed, this spacious retreat offers a peaceful sanctuary where you can unwind and rejuvenate after a day of adventure. The ensuite bath is a true indulgence, boasting a bidet and an extra-large soaker tub, perfect for unwinding with a luxurious soak.
The "Pink" bedroom is also upstairs which offers a queen bed and an ensuite bath, providing additional comfort and convenience.
During your stay, take advantage of modern amenities such as high-speed wireless internet, allowing you to stay connected and entertained throughout your retreat. We are club members so amenity cards are available for purchase.

***The Fripp Island Club requires amenity cards for you to frequent their amenities. These amenities include golfing, playing tennis, going to the restaurants on Fripp, going to their swimming pools and the fitness room.
The amenity card prices for stays that are 1-4 days are $39 during the summer months and $28 during Fall, Winter and Spring.
The amenity card prices for stays that are 5-8 days are $55 during the summer months and $39 during Fall, Winter and Spring.
If you do want to purchase the amenity cards, the resort will add an additional island fee of 13% to your rental to use their amenities. This will be added to your weekly stay at time of amenity card purchase.

There are a few places on Fripp Island that you do not need an amenity card. SpringTide Market is at the front of the island that has a large menu at their deli. From breakfast sandwiches to family BBQ meals, there is a lot to choose from. There is also a deli at the Marina that serves sandwiches and salads. You do not need an amenity card for golf cart, kayak, bike, etc. rentals as there are an abundance of companies who offer rental services that will deliver to you.
