In the winter months, the location speaks for itself and there is absolutely no excuse for not getting first chair as it located right off the access road, less than 5 minutes from the Village. However, as a true four season resort, Palisades Tahoe doesn't lack for things to do after you've stored your skis for the season and this home is conveniently located to take advantage of them all. Enjoy bike rides along the paved Truckee River Bike Trail with fantastic river views or take the whole family rafting down this popular river. Just a few miles up the road, additional activities include golfing at the Resort at Squaw Creek, hiking up Shirley Canyon, guided Via Ferrata traversing, disc golf, and of course the scenic cable car rides up to High Camp and much more.
After a full day of activities retreat back to this two-story inviting home, offering a modern layout with an attached two-car garage. Enter on the ground level of the house where you will find the first guest bedroom and den area which has a futon sleeper and access to a covered deck.
On the upper level is a beautiful and bright open kitchen and living room set up. The kitchen features a large island set up which is perfect for entertaining. The Livingroom is situated around the flat screen tv and gas fireplace and has access to the covered deck area. Down the hall, you will find the master bedroom with a full en suite bathroom. Also on the upper level is the bunk room where you will find two twin over twin bunk beds and the third full bathroom.
