This house was custom built with attention to details to fit the needs of every member of the family. The open floor plan makes this the hub where you'll eat, dine and relax. The house is multi-level floors, all bedrooms are on the third floor and each one has it's own balcony over looking the garden, a full bathroom with Jacuzzi jets bath tub, a closet and a ceiling fan. The master bedroom is very big, airy and bright, has lot of windows and a sliding door leading to a balcony over looking the front garden, it has a double face fire place, king size bed, TV set and a retreat seating under a circular dome with magnificent chandelier. The master bathroom has a huge Jacuzzi bath tub, his and her sink, shower and toilet. The main floor has the living room with fire place, and French doors leading to the front garden and a court yard. The kitchen features granite counter tops plus large island, SS appliances, solid cherry wood cabinets, a walk-in pantry, and a gas stove with convection oven . Just off the kitchen you'll find a circular breakfast area, and the family room with fire place. There is a formal dining room that seats 8 and a formal living room with a fireplace. The second floor has the entertainment room features a flat screen TV and French doors leading to the back yard. The back yard is very beautiful and private with a big grassy area that allows you to relax, sun tan or enjoy a drink at the granite counter top bar or have a barbecue using the built-in gas grill. At night you and your family can sit and enjoy a conversation around the fire pit or relax in the outdoor heated Jacuzzi. The front garden is very serene and has a tropical feel to it. You can have your morning coffee surrounded by greenery, flowers and birds singing. There's a play room under the avocado tree for the kids to enjoy.
