Located on the corner of Seaview Ave and Morning Glory in Wildwood Crest, this first floor duplex unit is in an excellent location just 2 short blocks to the beach and boardwalk, A short stroll to many restaurants, ice cream shops, mini golf, Bakery, convenience store, bike rentals and the Famous Wildwood Beach Balls. Nearly everything is within walking distance. House is on a well-manicured corner lot and is partially fenced for privacy. There is off street parking for 2 cars per unit and free street parking. In addition to the Units Full and half Bathroom, your Rental includes use of an outdoor shower, a private shower room and an additional 1/2 bathroom located in the cottage, very convenient when returning home from the beach! House has cable TV and Wifi internet access. There are ceiling fans throughout, window and wall air conditioning units and plenty of Ocean Breezes! There is a picnic table and propane grills outside for your enjoyment and Beach supplies.
Rental is for the first-floor unit which sleeps 7. It has 4 bedrooms and a sofa bed. (1 Queen bed, 2 Double beds, one Queen sofa bed, and 1 single bed. Sheets and Towels are not provided) 1 full bath with Tub/Shower, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, and a half bath/laundry room. There is also a private deck with partial Ocean View and a great place to view Friday Night Fireworks! Home is located in a family friendly neighborhood with many year round residents. Respectful tenants only please. (No under 25, Prom or Senior week please) We work hard to make sure the home is ready for your enjoyment. Looking for families and mature individuals that will treat our home like its their own. Owner onsite in 2nd floor unit for any issues that may arise during your stay.
