From there, the elevator provides easy and comfortable access to the apartment.
As you step inside, you’re greeted by a spacious entryway and closet area. To the left, the apartment opens into an impressive open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area filled with natural light, carefully selected designer furniture, and breathtaking views.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a full dinner. It includes an oven, steamer, microwave, stovetop, large refrigerator and freezer, blender, rice cooker, soda maker, Nespresso coffee machine, as well as a complete selection of pots, pans, dishes, glasses, cutlery, and cooking utensils.
At the center of the room is a magnificent dining table with comfortable seating for eight guests. There is plenty of space for everyone to gather, enjoy long breakfasts, share memorable dinners, or simply spend time together. The entire apartment is exclusively available for you to enjoy complete privacy during your stay. You will have full access to all rooms, including the spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen, luxurious bedrooms, and two and a half modern bathrooms—offering ultimate comfort and elegance.
Please note that the backyard is a shared outdoor space within the building and is not reserved for private use. It features outdoor seating and BBQ facilities, and may occasionally be used by other residents as well, although it is often quiet and available for you to enjoy.
