Our vacation rental, “Havel-Anker,” is located in a rural setting in the small neighborhood of Neuendorf in Brandenburg an der Havel. It takes about 15 minutes by bike or about 5 minutes by car to reach the city center (about 4 km) of Brandenburg. It takes about 5 minutes by bike to reach the waterfront (Niederhavel, where it flows into Breitlingsee). There is also a ferry there that takes you—by bike, car, or on foot—to the other side of the Havel (seasonal).
We renovated and refurbished the bungalow ourselves, and it now features a cozy bedroom, a small bathroom, and a combined living and dining room with a kitchen. In front of the bungalow, there is a small terrace with a dining area and a parking spot. The bungalow is located right next to our home in the center of the village. A privacy screen all around ensures privacy for our guests. We live in a very quiet area, but construction activity may occur in the neighborhood on weekdays.
Note: Construction activity may occur at times on neighboring properties. Since we have no control over the schedule or scope of any construction work, we cannot rule out the possibility of occasional construction noise.
