Master bedroom has king size bed, walk in closet, and attached bathroom with walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a bunkbed with a twin top and full on the bottom. All bedrooms include USB ports. Guest bathroom includes a full bath with shower/tub combination. Home provides an open concept between the living room with two recliners and large couch, dining room that sits six people and kitchen. There is an additional step down living area with one recliner, large lazy boy chair, large TV, and an additional dining table. This dining area sits four people for games, extra eating area, or whatever your needs are. A large walk-in pantry is located right off the kitchen. The kitchen also includes a breakfast bar that can sit five people. New water softener system and R/O. New carpet in the 2nd bedroom and the Master bedroom. Additional amenities include an indoor laundry room with washer and dryer. House includes a HIGH speed Internet and great Wifi.
The front of the house has a courtyard that guests can relax and enjoy their cup of coffee in the morning. In the evening while the sun sets, guests can sit in the backyard under a nice patio cover while enjoying a BBQ dinner and relaxing at a large outside dining table that sits six. Since the house is on a corner lot there are no neighbors to the right of the house and to the left of the house, neighbors have a large wall... therefore providing a nice private feel to the backyard.
There are two large beautiful trees that provide a nice peaceful shady backyard setting with some views of the lake. Stucco walls surround the entire backyard for privacy and a rock formation for additional sitting completes this relaxing backyard.
